What is the difference between site and full server migration?
The site option starts at $99 USD for one website. Full server migration starts at $299 USD and needs an agreed inventory of sites, mail and other server services.
Should I cancel the old hosting first?
No. Keep the source environment available until the transfer and agreed checks are complete.
Will the move cause downtime?
We plan the cutover around the environment, but cannot promise zero downtime. Timing, DNS propagation and any write freeze are discussed before the move.
What happens after checkout?
Your order starts the service request. We review the details and arrange the required access and timing before work begins. Purchasing does not grant automatic access to your server.
